Bündnis 90/Die Grünen, SPD und FDP in Steglitz-Zehlendorf wollen mit ihrer Ampel „einen gemeinsamen Aufbruch“ für den Bezirk gestalten. Dabei sehen sich die drei Parteien als „bürgerschaftlichen Zählgemeinschaft“, die in den kommenden fünf Jahren vertrauensvoll und auf Augenhöhe gleichberechtigt wie verlässlich zusammenarbeiten will, um die im Vertrag gesetzten Ziele zu erreichen und alle geplanten und weiter gemeinsam zu entwickelnden Vorhaben erfolgreich umzusetzen. Bei der Vorstellung des Zählgemeinschaftsvertrages am Freitag (26. November 2021) im Haus am Waldsee in Berlin betonten die Parteienvertreter übereinstimmend, dass es dabei um einen Start in eine progressive und moderne Bezirkspolitik gehe, die von einem neuen Politikstil geprägt sei.
Dieser Aufbruch soll, so steht es in dem Vertrag, alle relevanten Lebensbereiche der Bürger*innen von Steglitz-Zehlendorf umfassen. U.a. gehören dazu der Aufbruch in eine neue Kultur der Beteiligung, die Klimaneutralität, die Verkehrswende, bezahlbares Wohnen und soziale Stadtentwicklung, die konstruktive Weiterentwicklung von Lichterfelde Süd, der Ausbau der Schullandschaft, die solidarische Ausgestaltung des Bezirks sowie für eine starke Wirtschaft, Kultur, Wissenschaft und Forschung.
Dabei verstehe es sich von selbst, dass Klimaneutralität als Querschnittsthema ungeschriebener Bestandteil auch aller anderen Projekte sei.
Kernpunkte und zentrale Elemente der Zusammenarbeit sind laut Vertrag Transparenz und eine enge
Abstimmung zwischen allen Beteiligten. Dieses Miteinander soll sichtbares Zeichen für den gemeinsamen Willen sein, den Bezirk in eine nachhaltige Zukunft zu führen, in dem Jung und Alt ihre Heimat sehen.
